WASHINGTON (AP) — Federal Reserve policymakers are likely to deliver a fresh vote of confidence in the staying power of the recovery as signs multiply the economy is strengthening. Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke and his colleagues resumed their two-day meeting Wednesday morning and are all but certain to keep holding rates at record lows to help the economy grow.
