Did we dodge the Dubai bullet?

Well, the markets dipped but then came back on the news that Dubai was in trouble. Are there more shoes to drop? Will this be the trigger for the second leg of the ‘W’?
How ever it turns out, the US economy will be flat for several years and unemployment won’t get better until after the 2010 elections or, maybe, the 2012 elections.
